Update from Rob:

"I completed the London marathon in 3:55:50, hampered at the end, mile 23 by cramping. I know I can do better so I’ve entered the ballot for next year and I’m aiming for a time of 3:45 if I get in.

We raised £347.00 + £48.75 Gift Aid for cancer research

I’ll be fund raising for dementia next so please help, a £1 from everyone will go a long way."
